And the best one of the year!
--VAMPIRE WEEKEND
There is a reason Thanksgiving and Christmas fall at the end of the year. It's the big sha-bang to the entire year. Lifting your glasses to the fun you've had, reliving memories of moments past, hugging on family to keep warm. Family rules. At least, my family does. I love holidays. And not because we get time off work, or we get to decorate with lights, or we give and receive gifts, or even baking, but simply because we are with family. Designated time together. My favorite past-time.
Another long post of pictures. It has taken me a while to get these up because of surfing through several hundred pictures. Grab a warm mug of hot cocoa, slide on your slippers, light the fire, and enjoy.
Making birthday cupcakes for Baby Jesus. (And one for Santa, too!)
There's nothing like a new pair of heels for a girl...
SNOW!!! On Christmas DAY!
Making the traditional cranberry relish.
Receiving gold coins from Boppa for their piggy banks.
Merry Christmas! Love to my family. xoxo.
